Today I took a guided tour of Yale University with a group of fellow photographers from Milford Photo.
The tour included “the Gothic Sterling Memorial Library, Yale’s largest, and the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library. Constructed with more than one hundred panels of translucent marble, the Beinecke is home to one of the world’s preeminent collections of rare materials, including the Gutenberg Bible.”
It was at the end of the tour, outside the Beinecke Library where several young, untiring skateboarders caught the attention of every bystander holding a camera or phone.
One of them even cracked his skateboard.
